Brief info
Dr Arzu Karataş graduated from Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey, in 2006.
Dr Arzu Karataş has been working as a dermatovenereologist since 2012. She had been
working in Başkent University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara for almost 5 years, and was the
chair of dermatocosmetic unit of Dermatology and Venereology Department(2015-2020). Dr
Karataş runs her own Skin and Hair Health Clinic since January 2021. She is the member of
Turkish Association of Dermatology and Venereology, International Dermoscopy Society and
International Trichoscopy Society. She has more than 30 academic publications.
Her main medical fields of expertise are skin rejuvenation (lasers, mesotheraphies, focused
USG, radiofrequency treatments etc ); dermatocosmetic procedures (botulinum toxin
treatments, dermal filler, mesotheraphies) and hair transplantation.
